Fennel Bitters
A Herbadashery favourite with aniseed flavours that calm a bloated tummy.
Serving suggestion: For children add 5 drops to water before food to improve appetite or after food for nausea. For adults take 10 drops 15 min before food to improve digestion and excellent to soothe bloating. Can be added to mocktails and cocktails to deepen the flavour profile and amp up their medicinal value.
Cardamom Bitters
Jo’s latest recipe and fast becoming her personal favourite. Combined with cumquats,
gentian and ginger for a well rounded flavour.

Cumquat Bitters
Jo’s original formula based on Angostura bitters. Slightly pink from hibiscus it looks as well as tastes superb and takes a pink gin and tonic to new heights.
