Orange Flourless Cake
A dense orange and coconut flavoured cake, glazed with white chocolate and topped with toasted coconut flakes.
Ingredients: Egg, sugar, almond meal, orange, desiccated coconut, baking powder, white chocolate (sugar, fully hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm kernel), skimmed milk powder, lactose, emulsifier (E322 soy lecithin), flavouring (vanillin).
Carrot Cake
A deliciously delicate spiced carrot cake with a cream cheese icing - topped with walnuts and dried rose petals.
Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oil, wheat flour, carrot, egg, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon, clove, salt, cream cheese (milk, cream, stabilisers: 410 & 412, starter culture), unsalted butter, icing sugar, honey, walnut, dried rose peta
Triple Chocolate
A rich and dense brownie filled with white chocolate (not nuts!) and finished with a cocoa dusting.
Ingredients: Butter, cocoa powder, chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass,cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), egg, sugar, wheat flour, baking powder, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier (soy)).
