Gypsy Soup Kit
Brown Onion, Garlic, Tumeric, Carrot, Celery, Swede, Sweet Potato, Green leafy Veg, Basil, TOS organic Veg Stock, Red Lentils. Roughly makes 2ltrs of soup.
Method- Saute the brown onion, followed by the chopped celery, carrot, garlic + turmeric. Stir until fragrant. Add stock + 6 cups of water (can of tomatoes optional) Add all the remaining ingredients and salt + pepper to taste.
