Spicy Mango Chutney:
Made with fresh in season mangoes, this Chutney has a lovely kick to it courtesy of the birds eye Chilli that’s in it. Great on a roast, on the side of a curry or even on a cheese board, this Chutney is tasty and versatile in its uses.
Ingredients Mango, Onions, Organic apple Cider Vinegar, Sugar, Sultanas, Chillies, Lemons, Cinnamon, Cloves, Star Anise, Ginger, Citric Acid.
Strawberry Rhubarb and Vanilla Jam:
More than just a spread. This jam adds a little luxe to your naughty thickshake or ice cream. Also a fan of mixing a tablespoon of this to white rum to make a Strawberry Mojito. Yum!!
Ingredients Strawberry, Rhubarb, Sugar, Citric Acid, Vanilla Bean
Preserved Lemon:
Preserved lemon or lemon pickle is a condiment that is common in the cuisines of Indian subcontinent and North Africa. Great to have with takings, in salad dressings and marinades.
Blueberry and Coconut Jam:
Dark, rich, sticky with a nutty hint of toasted coconut. It’s blueberry jam, but not as you know it. Blend it up with your favourite smoothies or be naughty and add some rum and ginger beer for a dark and stormy cocktail. Or you could be normal and put it on toast or a buttery croissant.

Grapefruit & Yuzu Marmalade:
Delicious on toast, crackers or to add to your breakfast martini!
Ingredients Ruby Grapefruit, Yuzu, Sugar, Water
Pineapple and Cardamom Jam:
Tropical Spice. Another versatile condiments that can be used in both sweet and savoury concoctions. Add to a cocktail, stir through your fried rice or use as a dipping sauce for some salt and pepper squid.
Christmas Jam:
The Christmas Jam is Christmas flavours and smells in a jar!
Ideal to pair with your Turkey, Ham or Roast for Christmas celebrations.
Can also be used with scones and cream for a festive Devonshire tea.
Double Burn Chilli Jam:
A beautiful earthy versatile jam great for stir fry, burgers, roasts, dipping sauce and sandwiches.
Ingredients Tomato, apples, Chilli, Red wine, vinegar, onion, garlic, lime, pectin
Eggplant Kasundi:
A deep rich savoury relish. Great with curries, sandwiches, seafood and as a dip.
Ingredients Eggplant, Vegetable oil, Spices, Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Salt, Citric Acid
Spanish Onion & Corn Relish:
Delicious on anything that comes off the BBQ, on Sandwiches and a great pizza base!
Ingredients Apple, Corn, Sugar, Balsamic Vinegar, spices, Citrus, salt
