- 1 lime, juiced (or lemon if you can't get your hands on a lime)
- ½ cup diced onion (red or brown)
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander (or parsley if you aren't a fan of coriander)
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (Optional)
In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, coriander, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavour, or serve immediately. Add a side of our organic corn chips and spicy salsa and of course wash it down with a Salty Margarita.
