Simple Peppermint & Lime All Purpose Spray Recipe

The greatness of this all purpose spray is that the lime essential oil provides  antibacterial and antiviral properties and the peppermint amplifies the lime properties and is antiseptic and antimicrobial and smells amazing!  What you need: 5 drops Pure Peppermint essential oil 15 drops of Pure Lime essential oil 1 tablespoon of Castile Soap  Distilled water 300ml or 500ml glass spray bottle Method: Add the essential oils and castile soap.  Fill the bottle with distilled water, shake and spray.  ***Don't forget, when you are cleaning without chemicals it may take more elbow grease.  Please don't spray vinegar through general grade triggers, these essential oils clean wonderfully without the vinegar so there really isn't any need for it.

Oven baked roasted pumpkin frittata, topped with caramelised onion

What you will need: 2 tablespoons olive oil, coconut oil or ghee 1 red onion, sliced 500g jap pumpkin, diced 2 green zucchini, grated 12 eggs 1 cup thickened cream, lactose free cream or dairy free milk 100g feta or vegan macadamia feta 1⁄4 bunch of parsley, cut finely Salt & pepper 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar 1 large baking tray Method: Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Add sliced pumpkin to the baking tray and lightly toss in 1 tbsp of olive oil, ghee or coconut oil. Roast for 25 mins and toss half way through. Winter Warming Broccoli and Potato Soup

(Serves 4) What you will need:● 2 cloves of garlic, minced● 2 sticks of celery, chopped roughly● 400 g broccoli, chopped into 2-3 cm pieces (don’t throw away the stem!)● 2 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped● 1⁄2 a bunch of fresh mint● Olive oil● 1 litre organic chicken or vegetable stock● Ricotta or feta cheese, for garnish. Meredith marinated goats cheese is my fave! Method:1. Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a stockpot over medium heat; cook and stir onion and garlic in melted oil until tender, 5 minutes.2.
